@NewstalkFM The issue is - we can't deport our own. We can, however, deport the others.
Small boat criminals are coming here through the UK in droves. If they claim asylum, we CANNOT check who they are with their home countries. Criminals escaping justice at home.
@IrishTimes Still promoting these extremists I see.
I'm glad football fans are getting to see how fanatical the Irish media are. When it comes to immigration, they are even more rabid and fundamentalist.
The whole saga actually benefits us in the long run.
@last_chance_us@griptmedia Who sanctioned this? Insane that they think this is a good idea. Inviting more Indians in, where the f**k are they going to live?!
@AndrewEQuinn@mjc0ughl4n Journo Andrew here sees a post about AI and decides to use it to push his 'migrants are victim mentality'. Probably went to Maynooth
@DrDaveCampbell@last_chance_us@rtenews 'Dr.' Dave Campbell. I'm sure he did some great research to get that doctorate. The fact that it is online is literally in the article!!!
One of the people doing brisk business from the fall-out from the solicitors' legal aid strike, and judicial challenges by prisoners to their detention is barrister and FG TD Barry Ward, who has represented at least two prisoners with their recent challenges. Unsuccessful in these two cases it should be said, but presumably Barry still gets his fees.
@griptmedia It is being abused. They are bringing multiple judicial reviews complaining that their citizenship application wasn't made fast enough. Ungrateful & galling.
