@Airtel_Ug customer service when you are aboard can make want to do things you have never thought of to do. You can’t tell me I have deposited 30-40k airtime to call u for some help and you answer but no one is talking and all that money is scooped worst service.
@Airtel_Ug This has been going on since Wednesday then after you might replying saying . Buying airtime to call u directly at 0705100100 is very expensive most hurting thing it’s answered and no one talks. 30-50k airtime per call. And no one talks. The customer care no.
@Airtel_Ug All the numbers that you had put up as customer care contacts were contacted I @Airtel_Ug involved different people to contact you still were treated unworthy not being in Uganda is not a crime upholding someone’s money. After showing all the required requirements u requested.
I have contacted the @Airtel_Ug platform and called all number for Airtel for help but no one is helping I have deposited a lot of money as airtime to call all customer care numbers 100 no responses and this one 0705100100 they answer no talks and Airtime flies. @AirtelUGMD
