Today is a day that highlights the absolute necessity of Springfield's bus stops. This crucial, yet often overlooked aspect of our public transit system really deserves more care and attention than it is given. Let's explore how we could improve Springfield's bus stops:

The very least SGF workers deserve is safe, efficient, and free transportation to work. They aren't paid for that commute time, despite it being a necessity to earn a living - we should ensure that this is not a barrier to employment for anyone.

Let's get out there on the 27th and flex some worker power. We can win fare free, expanded public transit for the workers and poor people of Springfield - we simply have to show up and show out, standing in solidarity together.

This campaign is made by working class folks who wanted to show our community that by standing in solidarity with one another we can demand a better future! We applaud the workers of 631 South Glenstone's Starbucks for stepping forward in the same spirit as this campaign!

Rally will commence at 5:00pm at Historic City Hall on June 27. City Council members will be meeting at 6:30pm, at which point we will have speakers from the Fare Free SGF campaign address City Council directly about the need for fare free, expanded public transit.

I know some of y'all are probably the types that actually enjoy driving. I personally don't get it, but hey - I'm just one guy. However, hopefully you can still see the benefits of expanding the buses for everyone with the help of this thread.
