5 days of a malfunctioning phone. 4 agents with different/conflicting information. Surprise unauthorized replacement charges after being told they were waived. What is going on, @Verizon @VerizonSupport?!

@Marriott @MarriottBonvoy this still hasn’t been resolved. I was refunded the charges that WERE mine, not the wrong ones, and I’ve received zero communication on compensation for the items stolen from my room.

2nd time dining/meal charges that belonged to another room were charged to my card. No receipt at checkout due to system down at @LeMeridien and they just told me to call back because “They are helping customers” and there’s no manager on site to assist? @Marriott @MarriottBonvoy

@Delta flights this week have been less than enjoyable but to have my window seat switched to middle for connecting flight while in the air is completely unacceptable. Especially when the delay notification still had my correct seat so I land & am told 🤷🏽‍♀️ by the gate attendant 😡
