There was no reason to intensify an already unjust situation. Khan was moved in the dark, hidden from family & party, a secrecy that magnifies political victimisation, unlike Nawaz Sharif’s widely known hospital transfer.

The Express Tribune reported MNS was shifted from prison to PIMS hospital’s cardiac centre on the recommendation of doctors after he complained of chest pain, and authorities deployed security while supporters came to the hospital.
Dawn reported TV footage showing the convoy of vehicles carrying him from Adiala Jail to the hospital, with media coverage of the event.

So unlike a hidden or unannounced transfer, this hospitalisation was public, visible, and reported by major news outlets at the time. Stark contrast to moving someone in secret without informing family or party. Question is WHY?
