And last but certainly not least, the amazing @zina_bencheikh - a fantastic speaker and such an advocate for ethical and sustainable travel (and fellow grey blazer enthusiast 😉). Exactly the type of leader we need in the industry! @Intrepid_Travel#ABTAConvention
Also really enjoyed Julia Simpson’s session, soon to be president of @WTTC - a great way to start the day and another fantastic female leader in the travel industry (and surely contender for most stylish person at the convention?!) #ABTAConvention
An absolutely fantastic @TheTravelConv today - dare I say, my favourite yet, especially in terms of content (but let’s get back to exotic destinations pls!). Huge well done to the team @ABTAevents! #ABTAConvention
As the Government looks to restart international travel, @FarinaAzam Partner @Deloitte Legal writes for Travel Law Today on what information travel companies should share with customers on restrictions for travelling in-destination & returning to the UK. https://t.co/zheHlO2EWt
This is really helpful advice from the brilliant @FarinaAzam @KempLittle, as she dissects the legalities of travelling if you're in a tier 3 area. "My opinion is that government guidance against travel for tier 3 is just that – guidance and advisory only":

@Degsy_DJ@JMorrisTTG Hi Derek - no, I wouldn’t say customers are entitled to a refund. The PTRs don’t cover a situation like this. You could argue the contract has been frustrated (but only if travel overseas is illegal), but even then, you can deduct your costs from any refund.
First day back in the office in a month - and arrive to this lovely card, message and notebook from @WTMWomen! It was an honour to be part of your podcasts ladies! X
