1. A bigger chest doesn’t mean safer storage 🥷
- Bag: excluded from Filching.
- Safe Box: excluded from Filching.
- Wooden Chest: can be filched.
- Iron Chest: can be filched.
Mature crops left in the field can also be taken within the game’s limits.

2. Storage sizes:
- Wooden Chest: 18 slots, 100 gold.
- Iron Chest: 27 slots, Cash-only.
- Safe Box: 9 slots, Cash-only.
Keep valuables in your bag or Safe Box. Sell produce you don’t need instead of leaving it in regular chests.

3. Place regular chests away from main paths and plan a walkable dog patrol nearby.
- Preview the patrol before saving it.
- Placement can make access harder, but it doesn’t make a regular chest filch-proof.

4. Filching affects eligible in-game resources.
- It never gives another player access to your wallet ‼️
- Protecting your crops and protecting your wallet are separate things.

Did you know? Storing your harvest in a chest adds a little challenge for Filchers 🌾🔒

They must answer a question correctly to steal from a Wooden or Iron Chest. BUT "Your bag" and "Safe Box" are EXCLUDED from Filching 🤡

1. Start small enough to keep up.
25 Wheat seeds = 100 gold.
25 full harvests = 250 gold.
That leaves 150 gold after seed costs.
Keep a reserve for your next batch. You don’t need to spend all 500 gold at once.

2. Don’t skip the watering 💧
First stage: water once.
Later stages: water twice, at least 30 seconds apart.
Each stage only starts growing after it has enough water. More plots mean more watering to manage.

3. Miss a stage’s 90-second watering deadline? Your crop faces a 10% chance of dying.
If it survives but still needs water, the check can repeat after another 90 seconds.
‼️ Dead crop = lost seed, no harvest.

4. Harvest → sell at the village Shipping Box → replant 🔁
Sell produce you don’t need to keep. Resources left in regular chests can be filched.
Add more plots when you can comfortably maintain your current batch.

5. What about Green Beans?
A full harvest leaves 21 gold after seed cost, compared with Wheat’s 6.
But profit per harvest isn’t profit per hour. Consider growth time, seed cost and watering workload together ✊

Wheat: 4 gold per seed → 5 Wheat × 2 gold = 10 gold in sales. That’s 6 gold after seed costs.
