@m_herbert ...and I completely understand wanting family time. We have three kids...went dairying when they were 3, 5, 6...now 15, 17, 18. 😏 Tim roster; 300 days on, 65 days off (winter). 🙄

@m_herbert I'm curious though, isn't what you have worked for, and suffered, been for reaching 'dairy dream' farm ownership? And those you will now manage, aspire too, to this dream? The 'dairy dream'was quoted and explained in DairyNZ productivity report 2022.
