Afternoon stop was at the Lynch Family Farm.

Noel is a 5th generation farmer operating a pasture based dairy production system. He utilizes innovative practices like robotic milking, beef on dairy cross and intensive pasture management to run an efficient operation.

What used to take the manpower of 5, now can be done part time!

Technology drives efficiency, efficiency drives sustainability, sustainability feeds our growing population.

Noel, a former @Alltech employee, and I shared some common connections. Enjoyed visiting and learning about this operation, the industry, and policy within the EU.
