I work for a Supermarket chain. My Employer pays for & supplies PPE.

The Employer is legally obligated to assess risk/provide PPE.

So why are certain private (healthcare) sectors expecting the provision of PPE from the Gov, espec when PPE is already a prerequisite?🤔
