I have this goal in life that none of my customers would ever say/think "this {LRP/hedging/puts/insert whatever risk mgmt strategy you want} just isn't working."
We need to reframe this entirely.
When someone says "this isn't working" what they really mean is "we didn't make money on this risk mgmt position."
Instead, we should be asking ourselves, "was the risk managed during this time."
Choice boxes finally able to take out the $400 mark again with some good movement. Is this just a pre holiday spike or can they maintain the momentum moving forward? So far $400 has served as a pretty significant demand ceiling over the last year.
