It was a great day at West District School as our third grade Tigers met with officers from Farmington and New Britain in conjunction with their mystery reading unit. Students learned about the importance of jotting notes, following suspects’ clues and working with red herrings!
Our music teacher, Ms. Foret, is also a proud service member in the National Guard. She put together a very special Veterans Day assembly for our students and families and bought this beautiful wreath, donated by Jillybeans, to Town Hall to honor all Farmington veterans. 🇺🇸🇺🇸
How do you want to feel at school? West District Tigers answered that question using the concepts of pop art to represent the ways they want to feel in school each day. #RULER#FPSLeadingtheway
