@ThunderWolf08 If you count trial routes, Lake Country Limted ran from chicago to Janesville Wisconsin, with an intermediate stop in Zenda WI to serve the popular tourist destination of Lake Geneva, an idea I think would make sense in concept but zenda is a good 25 minute drive from Lake Geneva

@hsrgood Ogden/Astor is probably my favorite stop based on the neighborhood and a stop I used the most to walk up to Brady St. and to Gloriosos Italian Market-definitely worth a walk. 2nd favorite would be Cathedral Square, I love the sight lines to the courthouse. And 3rd ward can't beat

@Citizen_MKE @RideMCTS Yeah, UWM really needs a central transfer point, especially with how splitting route 30 makes the same route have different layover points. It also makes it weird because with 30 now on downer, sometimes route 21 🚌 just do the turn around at the water tower and don't reach uwm

@bradleywthomas I mean, to be fair, a half mile spur that took 5+ years to build because it goes through an apartment building (which is cool) should not really be deemed an expansion, but your point still stand, just hopefully a cincinnati streetcar extension will be more worthwhile then MKE's

@tannervandera @MilwaukeeFlag @MilwDowntown But it also gives the boxy building some mass and chater from a distance as the white juts out like a spine. The 2 tonal color boarder also plays into that idea of adding visual mass but also helps in framing and cohesion. The design with the most going on but i feel like it work

@tannervandera @MilwaukeeFlag @MilwDowntown I like the "building and flag boarder, split color" because it both keeps the source and it (I want to use the word inspiration) you had, with this very blue building already being reminiscent of the flag and the repetative nature acting as a canvas.

I understand 30 is the most used bus line in the city and this is such a small section of the route, but selfishly I hope frequency isn't cut down to 20 or 30 minutes peak

Hey @RideMCTS I couldn't find any info regarding what the frequency cut is to Maryland Avenue time wise when quickly poking around the website. Although I appreciate listening to those who argued for a downtown connection to downer (rightfully so) I dont think this will be the it
