#MedalMonday from the @runreigate half marathon. I’m never really confident how any run is going to go and this one could have been a steady training run after last weekend’s hilly full. I felt good to go from the start though and took almost 10mins off my 2019 time #happydays

@frankie_runs @kylawhitefoot @muddyvee This is what saddens us as a club that promotes inclusiveness. Clubs need to realise that not everyone wants to constantly be striving for a PB or feel under pressure. Running is for all and we should be encouraging not putting people down
