What a joke of an airline @emirates disgraceful. Leaving us stranded during #COVID19#coronavirus and then refusing to refund our money noting that we need cancel the flight. NO... You cancelled it!
@emirates utterly disappointed in what I used to think was the best airline!
On our honeymoon, they cancel our flights (understandable) with no notification, no alternatives and then tell us we have to pay a cancellation fee if we want a refund. Excuse me? You cancelled not us!!
