🔑 findings:
📌 Patients on anti-IL-17 are at increased risk of de novo IBD (aHR: 2.5)
📌 Risk was elevated for both UC and CD
📌Number needed to harm (NNH=161)
📌Secukinumab was associated with highest risk (aHR=2.82)
