@StubHub So I purchased tickets on Feb 25, 2020 and put them for sale. The tickets sold in June of 2020. Now that concert is being rescheduled to November of 2021. And I'm supposed to wait a year and a half to get paid???? @stubhub THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!!! PAY ME WHAT I'M OWED!!

StubHub updated their policy today. Instead of full refunds for canceled events, they changed it to a COUPON worth 20% more than the value of the ticket. As pointed out by @don_shano, this is not only absurd (fans deserve their $ back), it’s unethical and likely illegal.
