this is likely the one game I have the longest history with/playing, that my soul is basically attached to it, and its attached to me, and it (PC port) has to be one of the most hackable games ever now (QB decompilation/exposed C++ function names)

also, dumb GHTCP (TEMP) hack here (measures @ 0ms and 2ms) to fix castrated sustains (first beat of this chart is 30 seconds (noise), which would cut all the future sustains in this chart at a normal BPM)

Should forced co-op note tracks be disabled in favor of choosing *any* guitar note track in Co-op mode?
unless programming decides to be STUPID AGAIN and work against me
and because whatever exists right now, or whatever I want to add, needs to stick for Online & the future and the feature to not suck, otherwise it'll be hard to change certain fixed things later down the line
