same prompt. same site. two very different directors.
kling 4.0 (90 credits) cut it into 4 shots on its own.
wan 3.0 prime (79 credits) held one long tracking take.
which one would you post?
@KurmaRitish one run each, no rerolls. 50 and 90 credits, one clip apiece. fair point on seeds, so treat it as one sample, not a verdict. the pixel look holding on both is what surprised us.
saw this and ran the same test on the two video models on our site.
same pixel-art start frame. same prompt.
left: wan 3.0 (50 credits)
right: kling 4.0 (90 credits)
both held the pixel look for the full 10 seconds. the fox stays a fox.
wan sends it over the chimney stacks. kling keeps the lantern street glowing the whole run.
for 50 credits i'd ship the left one.
Here's why ai video models like Sora or Veo can't animate pixel art - they understand motion, but they don't understand pixels. Here's Veo side by side with the animation model I trained. Veo makes very smooth video, but it looks completely unnatural for pixel art, it doesn't keep a pixel grid or get the frame rate right. Meanwhile pixel engine kinda nails it.
@SpliceandWolf@LarissaTheGobbo@BunnyWeis5 keyframes first is the smart order. if you add more, I'd put them on the impact beats, that's where a fight either reads as one space or falls apart.

@0x_Zeus0@PixVerse 1:40 and the final cry shot still lands. In our tests WAN 3.0 Prime was the one that sat in a long take instead of cutting away, which is exactly what an emotional beat like that needs.
@MukiTanaka No character sheet is the headline here. Our same-prompt test pointed the same way: WAN 3.0 Prime held one long tracking take while Kling 4.0 chopped it into 4 shots. WAN seems to want to stay with its subject.
miso refuses to pick his own halloween costume π
1 pumpkin
2 tiny vampire
3 bedsheet ghost
4 astronaut
reply with a number. he wears the winner on the 31st.
same still. same prompt. one run each, no rerolls.
left: MiniMax H3
right: WAN 3.0 Prime
H3 actually tips over. Prime pops back to standing after the poke, then snaps flat at 0:04.
I'd ship the left one.
