For the past two years, he was Head Coach and General Manager for The Red Scare. They beat 20 of 24 teams, making it to the Final 4 in competition for a million-dollar prize at The Basketball Tournament (TBT), which aired internationally on ESPN.

After Dayton, Coach Gruden went on to pursue coaching at University of Louisville while earning his masters in Sports Administration.
