First, say hello to C.C.! She's almost 8 weeks old and looking beautiful! 😍 She's a Cherry Cola F3 auto from @Fast_Buds, growing in my Abby Grow Box. This seed was gifted to me 🎁, and although my first one didn't make it, this girl is thriving! 🙌💚

Now, onto something that's genuinely heartbreaking and frustrating.

@puffco @PuffcoCEO, WE NEED TO TALK! 💔

In June 2024, I had to have my Peak Pro V2 replaced under warranty due to battery issues. Puffco honored that warranty, and I was incredibly grateful.

Fast-forward to today, and my replacement is experiencing what appears to be the EXACT SAME PROBLEM! 😭

📊 My replacement device, PEARL420, has only 433 synced dabs since June 2024!

I've intentionally used this device sparingly because it was a major financial investment for me. I worked incredibly hard to afford it and wanted it to last.

Lately, I've been questioning whether the battery was actually failing again because I use it so infrequently. Unfortunately, the performance keeps getting worse.

The device turns on and vibrates, but when I attempt to use it, the light flashes red, it vibrates three times, and shuts off!

I charged it approximately a week ago and have maybe used it FIVE times since. How is this happening AGAIN with such limited use?!

What makes this even more disappointing is that I've been a longtime Puffco supporter and advocate. As a content creator and influencer, I've proudly promoted your products, recommended them to countless people, and sent numerous referrals your way. I have the referral history on my account to back that up!

I've always encouraged others to invest in Puffco because I believed in the quality of your products AND your customer service.

Now I'm hoping that same company will stand behind me. 💔

I understand warranties have limitations, but it's incredibly discouraging to face the same issue with a replacement device that's seen relatively little use. Especially knowing that replacing it myself simply isn't financially possible right now.

@puffco @PuffcoCEO, I'm sincerely asking you to review my situation and consider honoring another replacement. 🙏

I want to continue supporting and recommending Puffco, but how this situation is handled will certainly affect my confidence in doing so.

Customer loyalty matters. Product reliability matters. And standing behind the customers who support your brand matters.
