SportsCode scripting work today:
Built a button that calculates Points Per Possession (PPP) and takes me directly to the film behind the number.
$possessions = $fga - $OFFREB + $TURNOVER + (0.44 * $FTA)
$math = round($points / $possessions, 2)

show ("+2" OR "+3" OR label "+FT") and $lineup
The script calculates a lineup’s PPP and then pulls up every scoring possession from that group. Instead of just seeing the number, I can immediately watch the possessions that created it.
Cleaner numbers. Faster film. Better questions.
