If it is one instance out of a whole game it might be different.

I cannot imagine why anyone would play either of those except if they got off on hurting others. And that kind of person needs therapy not a video game.

If people are saying that they believe people who are trans or non-binary have mental health issues, then they are also openly saying to the world that they will happily bully people they believe to be mentally ill.
We need to call them out as bullies.
