@Boathousesmoke1 For me, I think the stack location could cause an issue with the upper racks because it may not get out as easily, disrupting flow. That isn’t experience, rather the engineer in me. Love the idea though! Maybe I’m wrong about the flow?

@thisgrilllife Hey man - I’m a firm believer of a few things, one of which is that you can cook some que on any style grill/smoker/cooker if you do it right. I’ve got three different grills/smokers and am going to add a couple more shortly. Great handling of it!
