It's demoralising having prove to Somerset Council I was on a section 3. As far as they're concerned I wasn't on one. Luckily I have the physical paperwork to do this. I'm unlikely to receive much support as is, a social worker informed me the council is close to bankrupt.

@kiwispicyboi I reached out to them because i wasnt coping, i'm not technically a service user right now, I've just had a care act assessment a couple weeks ago. Could that affect it at all?

@RFHunt1 Pure breed, her parents have kc papers 🖤 she’s an interesting example of the breed, a lot of poms don’t always look completely like the kc classification. She’s a big girl, really long legs. A longer muzzle too which is best for her anyway😁

@RFHunt1 She just absolutely loves playing, throw her toy for her and she’ll be your best friend all day, which means she’ll be asking you to throw her toy all day lol 😁 she usually crashes in the evening

This is probably why I was refused section 117. Fuming is an understatement, I cannot believe the amount of roadblocks that have probably occurred due to a stupid administration error. I wanted to make people aware of this in case this happens to anyone else. 2/2

@FirstD0N0Harm I found out yesterday via social services that none of my private records were EVER transferred to the NHS. which means the NHS never technically had any record of my section 3, even though I was on it for 2 years. I was 18 when I was discharged, nearly 22 now. 1/2

This just arrived in the post! Watched this years ago at Halloween, it’s an independent horror from 1957. Fantastic stop motion effects used to create a really unique film. Lots of cheesy horror tropes too!! 😁can’t wait to watch this again
