I agree. @flipkartsupport is of no use along with their Delivery Network. It'd be highly appreciated if they had shipped products with a 3rd party courier instead of #Ekart.

It's been almost 4.5 hours without, electricity. Is it a joke in this weather and at this time? 2 tickets have been closed, still no resolution nor any response from the Customer Care Team. Every time we call on 19123, we get a new timeline. #Frustrating
