@Moneybox I lost £3k in Barcelona once.I was shoulder-surfed for my Lloyds CC pin. Bar staff stole my wallet & tried to charge my account but their tech stopped it. I had a 2nd ‘emergency cc’ & had the same PIN which FDirect said was a breach of contract so no refund
