I humbly ask that just for today until 23h00 and an extra 30 minutes if needed. Can those Sundowns and Pirates fans who are engaged in their clubs agenda stop just for today🙏🏻. Can we use this platform just for today to push positivity and Bafana Bafana know we behind them
In South Africa he’s been forgotten, the youngsters don’t even know who is he. In Copenhagen he’s hero worshipped. Hundreds of fans line up to get autograph. We can do better as a country.
If you ever wonder why so many Ghanaians in South Africa want to return home, this is part of the reason, and I speak from experience.
Many arrive after being promised good salaries and commissions by salon owners and other employers. The first few weeks often seem fine, but when it’s time to get paid, the reality can be very different from what was promised.
By then, many have exhausted their savings, their return tickets have expired, and some don’t know how to regularize their stay. Without proper documentation, they live in fear and avoid drawing attention to themselves.
The real issue is exploitation. Some workers spend months trying to repay debts to employers who financed their travel, leaving them trapped in difficult situations.
I was lucky enough to have received information about permit applications. So I have legal documentation to stay in South Africa. But many others do not.
This is why so many people are now looking for a way back home.
I just read the 70 page manifesto of @Action4SA , I was so close to being deceived, I nearly shared my vote with them.
On page 28-29, it reads “Action SA will repeal BBBEE and replace with it with an inclusive EE framework that focuses on equality of opportunity rather than compliance-driven racial outcomes”
So for starters, I don’t think @Action4SA knows what BBBEE is and secondly, I don’t think they are well informed on the inequalities in the country.
@GaytonMcK was right…
@Action4SA is actually more dangerous than the DA, their policies are not too far from the @Our_DA
Sipho Chaine is not even in the Top 3 best goalkeepers in this league.
All the cleansheets the team has belong to match day squads.
He contributes 0.00001% to those cleansheets. Most matches end with 1 tame save from him.
Journalists who are voting for the best goalkeeper of the season must look at the contribution of the Goalkeeper in saving the goals from entering his posts, as a primary criteria.
Then consider other all other peripheral issues afterwards.
They will realise that there is no stats backing Sipho Chaine to even be in the nomination of best goalkeepers
PS:
I speak as a very objective support who has no emotions when it comes to merit. Fanatics will bring their clubism emotions to this.

Yoh, things are really intense now there at the Madlanga Commission 💀
So on 20 November 2022, DJ Sumbody was shot and killed in a hail of bullets ⚰️
On 23 November (3 days later), Sergeant Fannie Nkosi sent Mpho Lekukela a WhatsApp message accompanied by a picture of him (Mpho Lekukela) and DJ Sumbody with a caption: “Why didn’t you call him to order?”
The question being asked now by the commission is: why did Nkosi send Mpho Lekukela such a message about a person who had just being killed in a hail of bullets? 🤷🏽♂️
Sergeant Nkosi says he does not remember, and then Commissioner Madlanga told him to his face that he is lying, and that when they return from the break, he wants a proper answer 😕
A club that genuinely values its supporters would have already come out and issued a statement of apology to its fanbase for unfortunate words of division uttered by Vina Maphosa, but not @KaizerChiefs it’s business as usual.
"We all corporated with each other."
"We thank our supporters for sharing their concerns in a peaceful manner." Kaizer Chiefs FC.
Was this statement before or after the supporters, under the "influence of alcohol" caused chaos Ta @alfavina?
How did this official club statement, that was later deleted, get approval for public consumption if the information in it was not true? A small detail that could have been handled better, and you are failing to show consistency as the club. 1 minute the "few people" are peaceful, the next, they are causing chaos. Which is which?
As much as we demand consistency from the coaches and players, we should expect the same from management. What we need is accountability, not excuses. Failure must be recognised and addressed for what it is, failure, without sugarcoating it or shifting the focus onto individual supporters when it’s time to take responsibility for a series of poor decisions that have left this team blowing hot and cold week after week.
We were knocked out of the Carling Knockout 1st round, Nedbank Cup 1st round, CAFCC group stages, and we've started talking about "a CAFCL spot" because there is nothing else to achieve. Isn't this enough to demand more than excuses and lack of accountability? And you choose to focus on 1 fan and feelings of branch members?
