Me 10 yrs ago today, 3 yrs ago, & today as a newly turned 45 yo.
Fun fact: at no stage in this decade have I ever been under 200lbs. Doubt I'll ever be again. Don't care. Our weight and age doesn't define us. What we do with our time on this planet does.
