@MediacomCable I have sent DM after DM, had appointment after appointment. Last 2 techs verified the problem is not on us, its an issue with a neighbor sending noise into the line. Fix that and the issues will be gone. You known for 7 months and only fixed 2/3 issues in this neighborhood!
