@British_Airways help!!! It has been over a year and I am still waiting on my luggage to be fixed.

The outsourced/third party company Rynn’s Luggage are a disaster!!! They keep telling me to call you back and you don’t answer the phone or reply to my email.

@AmericanAir my incoming flight to Dallas was delayed by 6 hours and now my return flight was canceled - after a 3 hour delay. Calling you on the phone there’s a 4 hour delay!!!! WTF!!!
