Getting absolutely ridiculous. Have been waiting weeks for this to be sorted out and I continue to be pushed in different directions, has anyone else had such terrible service from @zavvi_cs @zavvi

At my wits end with @zavvi / @zavvi_cs. Ordered an item on the 1st of January. Delivery was delayed until the 3rd of march. I requested a return and told courier would pick up. Fast forward 1 month later theyve still not sorted this out. Absolutely terrible service
