@StateFarm@StateFarm is a scam! They want you to do their job & spend your money. They’re asking me to find a 3rd party to assess the damage b4 approval. Isn’t that what insurance is for? This people are stealing folks hard earn money and making commercials & sponsoring football games.

@DJIGlobal i purchase this $1200 gimbal in 2020 and never used it.The batteries will not hold a charge, light up, or anything. I’ve read reviews seeing these batteries are faulty. Also from my pictures you can see it’s brand new. No way the batteries are working w/ a new product.

The rep I.D #NA14 and the device & batteries only been used less than two times. It literally has packaging wrap on it & it cost $1200. It shouldn’t hav no issues but your company made excuses. I did researched & troubleshooted this problem, your company is aware of this problem
