I promised, for the second time, respect and obedience to my bishop and his successors. One year later I received a call saying something along the lines of “While you wouldn’t normally move after only one year, the Bishop needs you to go to St. Bede.”
In three weeks, I'll be going on a pilgrimage to Paris and Lisieux, and I would love to take your prayer intentions. Feel free to follow this link or send a DM. Feel free to share with friends and family: https://t.co/vZ7ECqhele
The life of a priest sometimes involves celebrating the Solemn Mass and Procession for Corpus Christi at 10, and then, 4 hours later, making balloon animals for the kids at the Parish Picnic.
I don't know who needs to hear this, but did you know that God is madly in love with you. He loves you so much, that the more we try to understand it the more difficult it is to explain, because this side of eternity our minds can't possibly fully comprehend it.
Now that all parishioners have been informed Icam announce that Bishop Knestout has appointed me Parochial Vicar of St. Bede in Williamsburg, VA. While there is great sadness in leaving BSCC I look forward to the graces the Lord has in store during this next assignment.
