Not only are the 39 Articles not on par with Scripture or Sacraments, they are not (and nor is the 1662 BCP) what make us Anglican or Christian.

Not elevating the vessels by which are contained the Real Presence of Christ because the 39 Articles seemingly prohibit it is in fact to elevate the 39 Articles above the Real Presence.
