Today is the Feast of the Epiphany when we remember that bleak time in human history when a star showed the way to God become man, in what looked like the form of weakness. A humble, lowly, and gentle child Jesus had come.

He was yet the Lion of Judah, and in that humility showed true strength. Today is the saddest Epiphany I can remember. Today I saw Christian flags, imgagery, and language in the midst of needless, senseless, and traitorous violence.
