When you push the button to be transferred to the operator, it says it can’t be transferred and sends you back to the automated message telling you to go to the website. Absolute shit service

@ATVIAssist tried signing up for an account and it says my email is already in use. Click “forgot password” to reset and it doesn’t send any email, even checked spam. Tried creating your “temporary” account with my other email, and it says it’s in use too 🤦🏻
