It’s World Health Day, and we owe a profound debt of gratitude to all our medical professionals. They’re still giving their all for us every day, at great risk to themselves, and we can’t thank them enough for their bravery and their service.
"Fresh starts. Thanks to the calendar, they happen every year. Just set your watch to January. Our reward for surviving the holiday season is a new year bringing on the great tradition of new year's resolutions. Put your past behind you and start over." Happy New Year ❤️
“People are suffering and dying from the climate emergency and it will continue to get worse. Doesn’t this mean anything to the decision-makers? I will never understand how they can put short-term interests above the planet itself and our very futures.”

Take care of yourself. Drink water, eat plants, go to bed early even if ppl think it’s lame, run a hot bath with Epsom salt. Read for pleasure, spend time doodling even if it seems like a waste, listen to music that elevates your mood, take nature walks. Let yourself breathe 🌻
