Grief muted the colors in my personality and totally altered the way I exist in the world. it robbed me of the ability to feel joy in moments that should have absolutely been magical. it taints my interactions and even my ability to complete simple tasks. it's that devastating.
it's like it sort of hits you in waves. you feel like, 10 minutes, you forget about it & you make little jokes, and then it comes back to you and you go... that just happened? did that just happen? is that real? i woke up wondering if it was just a bad dream & it wasn't, was it?
Lately life has lost its essence there's this constant monotonous state where you just live with the certain facts, Nothing amazes me no source of dopamine left and there's this urge to find new distractions and to keep myself super busy cz that helps only. Can't process the rzn.
@shitpostingat30 Take a mood enhancer and then sleeep shake off any thought that visit you regarding the incident watch smth light and amidst of it try to sleep.
@shitpostingat30 Tip 1 that helps me is to leave yr bed ASAp the longer you lie there the more are the obsessive thoughts. Take yr meals even though you feel like throwing up have them on time set a routine. Make yrself alot busy with house chores and by the time you r again In bed

Start from making a routine incorporate namaz in yr routine not cz of relight POV but would help with maintaining a good routine. Then look for Task2 and then Task 3, add tasks gradually. Distract yr mind as much as you can with passing days make yrself busy
@TheCraZyLareb 90% of the females, the remaining 10% are either delusional/ naive as they can't spot the decietful behavioural patterns of their spouses. Whole thing is just super sad.
