But the real power isn’t the gadget, it’s the model. Before an agency even moves, it builds a behavioural baseline: your commute, your sleep-wake cycle, who you meet, what you pay for, your addictions, even gait or face signatures from CCTV. That pattern becomes your ‘digital twin.’ Once you commit an offence, the instinct is to flee or go dark and that’s exactly when anomalies pop out of the model. The system doesn’t have to chase a phone; it flags the human deviation and updates the net automatically.

That’s why using a kabambe or a different SIM barely matters. These platforms don’t follow plastic and metal, they follow habits and probabilities. At that level, privacy stops being a feature of a device and becomes an illusion inside a data web you can’t easily step out of.
