My parent’s flight preceding Baku has been cancelled by previous airlines because times are rough. There’s no way to reach Baku from middle east? How are we supposed to this flight then? And in situations like this you show no empathy, no compassion as a company to your users? Y?

@azalofficial congratulations on 34 years of service! Wouldn’t it be nice to show some empathy in a war-prone times like these to issue refund for flights that we cannot take because of the things that are clearly out of a passengers control? You can do better. W.R.T - CVFUGH
