@charlotte5876 @Indy_reporter_ Paths are limited to 20mph which is too slow for many riders, especially groups. Many greenway/rail trials limited to 15mph in most areas. They are also no wide enough for groups . Drivers also don’t have to go the speed limit or beyond. Good arguments on both sides.
