Monday came with two choices: react or lead.
The difference isn’t motivation, it’s preparation.
I help business owners stay organized and freelancers build digital portfolios that get them noticed.
✨ This week, prepare your business, your brand, and yourself.
@Kiwi_Nod@pharos_network@Kiwi_Nod I turn complex Web3 into content beginners actually understand. My audience = future Pharos users. I don’t just post I convert followers into ecosystem participants. Let me be Pharos’ voice to the everyday person. 🔥

If you haven't seen the post I am quoting, you should. The post contains 10 mock projects you can use to get started as a beginner VA and build your Portfolio.
Now for a VA who wants to pivot into a new niche.
Your fear is mostly different.
More of: "What if people say I’m not experienced in this niche?"
The goal here is positioning plus proof of understanding the niche.
Here are 5 strong niche switching mock projects you can use to get started:
1. E commerce VA
- Create a product upload demo for Shopify.
- Write product descriptions, upload images and organize categories.
- Add a simple inventory tracker.
2. Real Estate VA
- Build a property listing tracker with lead follow up stages.
- Draft follow up email templates for buyers and sellers.
3. Executive VA
- Create a CEO weekly dashboard. Include key meetings, revenue targets, priorities and delegation tracker.
4. Tech Startup VA
- Build a Notion workspace for a small startup.
- Add sections for product roadmap, team tasks and investor updates.
5. Online Course VA
- Design a mock course launch plan.
- Create email sequence, launch timeline and student onboarding checklist.
The key is this:
Don’t just show tasks, Show thinking.
Add a short explanation under every project:
- Here was the problem.
- Here was my approach.
- Here is the outcome.
That instantly moves you from "beginner" to "professional".
Bookmark, you will need it. Most importantly, retweet so someone can gain as well.

I just finished curating my Virtual Assistant portfolio on Google Sites! 🖥️
It took me 24 hours of editing and organizing tasks on Google Drive, but it was worth it.
All thanks to @theglobalmarvie for the insightful session.

I opened a one day slot to teach students how to create a strong portfolio and start earning while still in school. It turned into a two day class because I needed to cover the basics before the practicals. We wrapped up on the 28th and 29th. To access the recording as a student, make a payment through the student link and you will get the recordings as well as the free tasks template.
The Portfolio Bootcamp for Freelancers starts today, and I’m excited for the next three days. I’ll be teaching how freelancers can build their portfolios on Gamma, Notion and Google Sites so they can stand out and start applying for opportunities.
If you haven’t joined the freelancers class yet, it’s not too late. Pay through the Selar link here; [https://t.co/IQsmxN50ZI] to join.
See you in class by 8:30pm. While you wait, check out my students’ reviews and the free template they received containing 50 simple tasks students can use to build their portfolios.
Selah.

I joined a Notion portfolio session but adapted it to Google Sites for my phone
This year wasn’t about the spotlight. It was about showing up for myself…financially, mentally, and skill-wise.
I leveled up, reflected deeply, and turned ideas into action. Not every win was visible, but every step mattered.
Here’s to building on 2025 in 2026

Guys, I used this prompt for a ChatGPT wrapped and it was really cool so thought to share for anyone who might be interested.
Do a ChatGPT Wrapped for me, a summary of my year, my best ideas, your thoughts, and what kind of year you think I had based on my prompts.
