The SC ruling only affected the Equality Act by removing the possibility for trans people to use it as a basis for suing for sex discrimination if they are banned from a facility corresponding to their chose gender.
It does not affect which people an operator chooses to allow to use which facilities. That is not regulated by the Equality Act.

GCSE results are ranked. Maths has a pass rate of 67% for the crucial level 4+. 33% of students will be made to fail. If more pupils pass in your school it just means the pupils who fail will be in other schools.

Under the current system there is no way to get 100% of pupils to pass maths and no way to get all schools to be good.
