I pay WM for 2X a week pickup.
They missed some trash on Mon.
WM says they aren't coming back to pick up the remainder that I paid to have removed and they'll get it on my next scheduled day.
Had no problem keeping my $ tho...

@WasteManagement YOU MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON ST YOUR COMPANY. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL MISSED PICKUPS, WONG INFORMATION GIVEN TO ME, INCORRECT BILLING, AND A GENERAL OVERALL DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE WITH WM. 20 YEAR CUSTOMER AND THIS IS HORRIBLE.

@VerizonSupport YOU CHARGED ME MORE FOR A SET TOP BOX REPLACEMENT DUE TO EQUIPMENT FAILURE. YOU THEN REFUSE TO FIX IT. YOU THEN TRANSFERRED ME ERRONEOUSLY TO THE MOBILE SIDE, AND SAID YOU CANT CORRECT MY BILL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
