We are seeing the move of the Spirit in our midst like never before! The glory of God rests mightily upon our services, and the same power that raised Christ from the dead is at work daily, doing wonders in Masterās Place.
Truly, God is working wonders in our midst, and we are only getting started!

Job 19:25:
"I know that my RedeemerĀ lives, and that in the end He will stand on the earth.ā
As you end your week and think about all of the challenges you encountered and all that you accomplished, this verse keeps me focused on the most important thing. Ā
In Acts 1:11, it says, "...This same Jesus, Who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen Him go into heaven.ā He is coming again. We must place all of our faith and hope in His Mercy and we will live with Him forever. Amen.
Have aĀ very blessed weekend.
Many blessings to you.
Peace and be prepared.
I think I had always wanted to know what was on the other side.
I grew up in a Christian home. Daddy is an Evangelist (Pastor), and Mum is a deeply devoted believer.
So growing up, everything was church, Jesus, prayer, Bible study⦠everything.
And honestly, at some point, it started to feel like a burden to me.
I wanted to know what life outside all of that looked like.
I wanted to experience the world for myself.
And eventually, I did.
I got to see the other side.
At first, it was fun.
It felt exciting. I thought, āSo this is what Iāve been missing?ā
But it didnāt take long before things started changing.
I lost my peace.
I started drifting further and further away from God.
And before I knew it, I was becoming someone I didnāt even like.
I had no joy.
No peace.
And definitely no hope.
The things I thought would make me happy were actually taking more from me than they gave me.
And then, somehow, I found my way back to Jesus.
Or maybe I should say, Jesus found me again.
And honestly, running back to Him became one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.
Because now I know something I didnāt know then:
There was nothing on the other side that was worth losing Jesus for.
And I pray someday soon, you will find your way back to Jesus
Sin rarely conquers a culture in one dramatic moment. More often, it advances by stages.
First, what God forbids is tolerated. Then what was tolerated is defended. Eventually, what was defended is celebrated, and those who still call it sin are treated as the problem.
Scripture shows this pattern clearly. Paul says that fallen humanity not only practices what God condemns, but also āgive hearty approval to those who practice themā (Romans 1:32). That is the final stage of moral rebellion. Sin is no longer merely committed in secret. It receives applause.
Isaiah warned of the same corruption: āWoe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who substitute darkness for light and light for darknessā (Isaiah 5:20).
This is why one generationās compromise rarely remains private. What parents excuse, children often normalize. What churches refuse to confront, the next generation may eventually defend as righteousness.
But this warning must begin with us, not merely with society.
The Church cannot condemn the world for celebrating sins that we quietly tolerate in our own homes, pulpits, marriages, entertainment, and private lives. Peter says judgment begins āwith the household of Godā (1 Peter 4:17).
Grace does not teach us to make peace with sin. Paul says the grace of God instructs us āto deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godlyā (Titus 2:11ā12).
So we must love sinners without redefining sin. We must show mercy without calling darkness light. We must preach forgiveness without removing repentance.
Because once a generation becomes ashamed to call sin what God calls sin, the generation after it may become proud of what should have brought us to our knees.
The answer is not cultural anger.
The answer is repentance, holiness, faithful preaching, and a Church that fears God more than it fears being rejected by the age.
"The LORD is my shepherd." (Psalm 23:1)
David begins with a relationship.
He does not say, "The LORD is a shepherd." He says, "my Shepherd."
That difference is significant.
A person may know facts about God without actually trusting God. But David speaks from personal experience. He knows God as the One who leads him, protects him, corrects him, provides for him, and remains with him.
Jesus later declared: "I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep." (John 10:11)
The Shepherd does not merely give instructions from a distance. He comes near. He knows His sheep.
"I know my sheep, and am known of mine." (John 10:14)
Christianity begins here, not with what we possess, accomplish, or understand, but with whom we belong to.
The question is not merely, "Do I know about the Shepherd?"
The deeper question is, "Do I know the Shepherd?"

Psalm 105:5:
"Remember the wonders He has done, His miracles, and the judgments He pronouncedā¦ā
This verse evokes such an emotional response in me. Ā Sometimes it saddens me while I am watching a ballgame I witness the jubilant reaction of a crowd when their team scores. Ā I think about all of the wonderful things God has done for me, my family and our country. Yet, people donāt gather in these numbers to thank Him and celebrate Him. Ā Iām not criticizing being a sports fan because God wants us to enjoy our lives with family and friends. Ā Conversely, when our church celebrates our Easter Vigil service (Saturday evening before Easter) I am also struck by so many people gathering together and reading on average 8-10 different accounts of miracles GodĀ performed from the Old Testament and a couple passages from the New Testament. It is a such a beautiful service. Ā I almost always spend a few minutes just praising God quietly in my spirit as we read the passages.
We must as sign of our love and gratitude to God to slow down our lives and consider āā¦the wonders HeĀ has done, His miracles, and the judgmentsā¦ā Ā I have mentioned in passing the suggestion to journal during your dailyĀ devotions. Letās examine why it is important to record what God shares with you during daily devotions.
In the following passage Colossians 1: 9-11, it says, "For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of His will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please Him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to His glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience.āĀ This wonderful passage is chalked full of spiritual sustenance. LetāsĀ examineĀ the passage closely.
To give some context, Paul in this opening chapter is speaking to the church in Colossae.
1. Paul is continually praying for them.
2. Paul asks God to fill the members of the church with :
KnowledgeĀ of Godās Will through ALLĀ theĀ wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives. (We studied this passage in a previous post.)
3. Paul prays the people may live a life worthy of God.
4. Paul prays each member pleases God in EVERY way. Paul specifically mentions for believers to strive to
- Bear fruit in EVERY good work
- Grow in the knowledge of God
- Be strengthened with ALL power according to His glorious might
5. Then Paul reveals the purpose of these petitions is each member may build great endurance and patience.
By taking a few moments to outline all of components of this prayer this will allow the Holy Spirit to teach and instruct you in an organized manner. Ā People learn in different ways but writing things down and reviewing the precepts later is a practice God promoted in the Scriptures. Ā To me, the inference is God wants you to go back at a later time and review the generous instruction of the Holy Spirit and how to implement it in our daily lives.Ā God has modeled this concept Himself. In Habakkuk 2:2, it says, āThen the Lord replied: ā Write down the revelation and make it plain tablets so that the herald may run with it.ā
We are all called to spend time in Godās Word. (Romans 12:2)
1. We shouldĀ thinkĀ about Godās Word.
a. Ā Ps 119:27 - "Cause me to understand the way of your precepts, that I may meditate on your wonderful deeds."
b. Ā Luke 2:16-20 - Ā "So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told."
Mary "pondered things in her heart.ā Ā (Luke 1:29, Luke 2:51) Ā We shouldnāt read the Word of God in our daily devotional and then forget about it. Mary provides an excellent example of how we are to immerse ourselves in the Word of God. By thinking about it, ruminating over it, and processing the truths we glean from our time spent with Him our wisdom and knowledge expand proportionally.
2. We shouldĀ studyĀ Godās Word.
a. Ā Ps 119:15 -Ā āI meditate on Your precepts and consider Your ways."
b. Ā Psalm 111:12 - āPraise be to you, Lord; teach me your decrees."
c. Ā Psalms 1:1-2 -Ā "Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the LORD, and who meditates on his law day and night.ā
3. We shouldĀ write down what we learn (journal). Ā God through His prophets and servants, wrote His decrees, commandments, precepts for further study and future generations in the Bible. Ā Writing your thoughts, beliefs, emotions in a journal is an intimate reflection of you. Your journal can become a written conversation with the Lord.
a. Ā Psalm 102:18 - "Let this be written for a future generation, that a people not yet created may praise the Lordā¦"
b. Ā Psalm 56:8 - "Record my misery; list my tears on your scrollā are they not in your record?"
c. Ā Jeremiah 30:1-2 -Ā āThis is the word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord: "This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: āWrite in a book all the words I have spoken to you.ā"
We are not required to journal and each of you know what methods of learning fits you best. Ā I will say from time to time I will review one of my past journals. It is like pulling back a curtain and you are taken back in time. Ā You remember the emotions, circumstances, mental challenges you experienced. Then you remember how God delivered you out of a difficult time or blessed you unexpectedly and I find myself thanking Him again. It fills my heart with joy.
I hope this scripture break wasĀ helpful. Ā Have a blessed weekend.
Peace and be prepared.
For anyone who struggles with repeated sinful patterns and thoughts, whether anger, jealousy, depression, self-loathing, lust, or anything else that falls short of Godās best:
Here is a seven-step formula I learned from the late Pastor Henry Wright. I use it regularly in my own life, and I teach it often.
Letās use lust as an example.
1. Recognize
Recognize the issue you repeatedly face and bring it before God.
š āFather, I recognize that I have aligned myself with a spirit of lust.ā
āļø NOTE: Rather than say, "I HAVE such-and-such", I would say, "I HAVE ALIGNED WITH A SPIRIT of such-and-such." Don't take ownership. It is not you, it is not yours. This concept comes from Romans 7:17: "I am no longer the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me."
2. Responsibility
Take responsibility for it. Donāt blame your parents or even a traumatic or abusive experience that may have caused it. That experience may have truly been the trigger, but it is your responsibility to bring it before the Lord and seek healing.
š āFather, I take responsibility for aligning myself with a spirit of lust. I donāt blame anyone or anything for this. I take full responsibility.ā
3. Repent
Repentance is expressing genuine remorse before the Lord.
š āFather, I repent for aligning myself with a spirit of lust. I am truly sorry before You.ā
4. Renounce
Renunciation is your declaration that you are turning away from that pattern and choosing a different direction.
š āFather, I renounce my alignment with a spirit of lust. I turn away from it right now, in Jesus' name.ā
5. Remove
Not every sinful struggle has a demonic component. But if there is demonic influence involved, remove it through the authority you have in Jesus.
š āIn the name of Jesus: Evil spirit of lust, I bind you up, I break your power, and I cast you out. Get out, now.ā
6. Refill
Where that sinful pattern once occupied space in your thoughts and life, ask God to refill that same space with His truth.
š āFather, please refill me now. In every area where lust took residence, refill me right there with Your divine truth.ā
7. Repeat
God can bring healing in a moment. He can also bring healing over time.
If the pattern returns, donāt quit. Go through the process again.
āØļø Seven Steps: Recognize. Responsibility. Repent. Renounce. Remove. Refill. Repeat.
I offer this to you, because I sincerely employ this regularly in my prayer life. I attest to its efficacy. especially when the Holy Spirit reveals an ungodly thought or behavior pattern that falls short.
Shalom.

Good Morning,
Please join me for a daily scripture break.
Psalm 56:3:
"When I am afraid, I put my trust in You.ā
No matter your station in life, this should be one of your āgo-to" verses. Ā Early in my Christian journey when I encountered a difficult situation, I would frequently revert to old habits. Ā I would try to figure things out on my own, seek advice from people I trusted and pray (but I was doing all of the talking). Ā What I would never admit was that I was afraid. Ā I didnāt know what God wanted me to do.
When the gray hairs come and the wrinkles form you discover the simple answer is usually the most profound - your surest path.
Next time you are in a tight spot, start here: Psalm 56:3.

God bless you.

Tasha Cobbs confession and Repentance Tasha has been through so much, and Iām beyond grateful that God brought her back to us. Iāve been a fan of Tasha Cobbs for years, and seeing her strength and faith means more to me than words can express.
One thing Iāve learned is that no matter how far you may drift from God, His love never leaves you. He is always ready to welcome you back into His presence and restore you to His glory. Sometimes, finding your way back to Him requires letting go of people you truly loveānot because you donāt care about them, but because obedience to God often calls for difficult decisions. His purpose for your life is greater than anything you have to leave behind, and He will always honor those who choose Him.

Who's healing from the inside out?
You need 4 bank accounts if you want to build wealth without constantly wondering where your money went:
1. Income Account
This is where all your money comes in. salary, business income, side hustles, investment returns, and every other source of income. Don't spend directly from this account. Let it be the control centre where every naira is assigned a purpose.
2. Essentials Account
This covers your monthly necessities: rent, groceries, transportation, utilities, subscriptions, and other unavoidable expenses. Automatically transfer a fixed percentage here every month. If it's not a necessity, it doesn't belong in this account. Be honest with yourself.
3. Investment Account
This is where your future is built. Use it for stocks, crypto, index funds, retirement savings, or saving toward a home. Pay your future self before anyone else. Money leaving this account should create more wealth, not fund lifestyle upgrades.
4. Fun Account
Life isn't just about paying bills. Set aside a fixed amount for dining out, skincare, entertainment, travel, shopping, or hobbies. When your fun money runs out, the fun pauses until next month. Keeping pleasure separate from essentials helps you enjoy your money without guilt or overspending.
The goal isn't to have more bank accounts.
The goal is to give every naira a clear assignment before it disappears.
If you don't want four separate bank accounts, you can also use dedicated sub-accounts, wallets, or budgeting "spaces" offered by many banks and finance apps. The key idea is separating the purpose of your money, not necessarily opening four different banks.
1. Write down the passwords to every app, wallet and account on your phone in a physical book. Keep it somewhere safe. If anything happens to you unexpectedly, your loved ones should be able to access what you left behind.
2. Have at least two trusted people in your life. Someone who trusts you and someone you trust. The person you trust should know your account passwords and be aware of your savings and investments. Not for control, for security. It is painful when someone suffers to make money, dies and no one gets access to what they left behind.
3. There are things you should never be loud about until you achieve them. Learn to be quiet sometimes. And no, I am not talking about money.
4. When you visit a new place, be careful about what you eat and how much you drink. Requesting to use someone's toilet on your first visit is not a great look. Watch what goes into your mouth.
5. At the end of every day, lie down, reflect and tell yourself the truth about how the day went. If you offended anyone, send an apology text before you drop your phone that night. You will be surprised how much respect that simple habit earns you.
Above all, love God.
