A few months ago, I worked with a project that was struggling to gain momentum

The project had already launched but was facing major scaling issues:

➜ Community was disengaged.
➜ Visibility was nearly nonexistent.
➜ Dev was close to giving up.
➜ $4k market cap.
➜ No new buys for days.

Our team, led by @Becky_rosella [easily the best project manager I’ve worked with],

had one goal: to turn things around.

As Community Lead, I collaborated closely with @Brako99830012 , the Head Mod, to build a high-conversion community.

My contributions included:

✦ Enhancing Community Conversion:
Created an engaging and welcoming environment that encouraged members to become active holders.

✦ Supporting Listings:
Assisted the project manager in listing the token on various platforms, ensuring better visibility.

✦ Content Writing:
Developed compelling content for social media, and the Telegram channel to keep the community informed and interested.

✦ Organizing Community Events

✦ Feedback Implementation:
worked with the team to implement valuable suggestions.

✦ Collaborating with Marketing:
Coordinated with the marketing team to align community efforts with broader promotional strategies.

✦ Analyzing Metrics:
Monitored community growth and engagement metrics to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Within two weeks, we achieved massive growth:

➜ Increased project visibility.
➜ Higher community conversion.
➜ Revitalized community engagement.
➜ Effective marketing strategies.

The result? A 3000% increase in market cap, from $4k to $119k.

Unfortunately, despite the will to keep pushing for growth, the major partners and dev had other greedy plans, which led to the end of the project.
