My YouTube channel FawJan is under attack by scammers abusing false copyright claims! They’ve struck my channel twice with false claims and are threatening a 3rd to delete it.

⚠️ Why is YouTube allowing this?
🔹 No proof required for strikes
🔹 They use False Attorney names and mass produce emails to send copyright strikes
🔹 Counter Notification doesn't work even after agreeing to Legal Consequences
🔹 Scammers demand $$$, social medias or wipe out channels

Dear YouTube Legal Team,

I am writing to formally notify you that I submitted a valid counter-notification under Section 512(g)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S. Code § 512) regarding false takedown requests filed against my content on July 16, 2025

To date, I have received no indication that a lawsuit has been filed by the complainant(s), as required under 512(g)(2)(C) for content to remain removed.
Therefore, under the DMCA, YouTube is legally obligated to restore the content promptly.

Furthermore, there is strong evidence suggesting that these takedown requests were filed using fraudulent identities and fictitious law firms, potentially constituting perjury under 17 U.S. Code § 512(f) and bad-faith abuse of the DMCA process. If YouTube continues to withhold reinstatement without proper legal basis, it could be interpreted as a breach of the statutory obligations imposed by the DMCA, thereby forfeiting platform safe harbor protections.

I hereby respectfully request:

1. Immediate reinstatement of all removed content per the legal obligations of Section 512(g)(2)(C).

2. Disclosure of any filed legal action (if applicable), including case number and jurisdiction.

3. Investigation into the legitimacy of the original takedown claimants.

• I have a sincere and good-faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or wrongful identification.
• I am the content owner or have the legal right to publish the material.
• I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district where I reside (or, if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which YouTube may be found).
• I will accept service of process from the claimant.

I trust YouTube will adhere to its legal obligations in accordance with the DMCA and act swiftly to rectify this situation.
