I usually don't like saying these things but I'm almost offended they did this for Testament, but not for Ky who has shock state run out before he can set up SS CSE 80% of the time. Like, why not do it for both? It doesn't make sense.

@ArcSystemWorksU it’s honestly so sad how Ky keeps getting his power reduced. Making him use shock state more often and making it more vital to his game plan, yet doing nothing to facilitate that. While testament who had the same problem gets the buff they needed. Please fix this

Not a chance in the universe she converts that into anything meaningful, so she can struggle while others get a 2 touch off their f.S.

@ImJoe527 @Unbiased_TheEar Baiken has incredibly safe pressure between h kabari (-3 on block, has a followup to discourage mash w/ hkd reward on hit), tatami (-3 on block but can be plus), and s kabari (+3 on block, literally can frametrap throws), her throw oki mix goes crazy (+ meterless throw combos)...
