@popculturesimp @takethat Sorry to hear that. I had to escalate to management who put 2 tickets aside for me until money re-released back but rubbish tickets. Know no other ticket site that allows payment for tickets no longer in your basket! They NEED to sort site x

Any1 had probs with The Ticket factory for @takethat ? Booked ystdy 2xblock 1, row G, Tiered, so daughter has fab view. Told today ‘purchase unsuccessful’ but payment went thru! So NO tickets, money still pending for 7 days & no fab’ seats now left😡😢.
